Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this site and ordering from us.
These terms apply to your use of saltandswellprints.com and to any order you place with Salt & Swell. By using the site or buying a print, you agree to what follows. Please read it before you order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and it enters production. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake, we may decline or cancel it and refund any amount already taken.
Made-to-order production
Our prints are produced individually after you order, through a European print partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, slight natural variation in colour and paper finish is normal and is not a fault. Screens differ from printed inks, so the shade you see on a device is a close guide rather than an exact match.
Pricing and availability
Prices, designs and available sizes may change over time, and we may add or retire designs without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout. Where a tax or duty applies to your delivery region, it will be handled according to the rules in force at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
All artwork, drawings, text, the Salt & Swell name and the look of this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a print gives you a physical piece for personal enjoyment. It does not transfer any rights in the underlying design, and the artwork may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or withdraw access if the site is being abused.
Limitation of liability
We take care to describe our products and keep the site accurate, but we provide it "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to a business trading within the European Union. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
